About Biolinks K.K.

Microbial-derived natural compounds for research use.

Biolinks K.K. is a Japan-based manufacturer of microbial-derived natural compounds for research use.

Since 2006, we have specialized in the production of bioactive natural products derived from microorganisms, building a portfolio of approximately 100 compounds supplied worldwide.

All compounds are manufactured in-house, covering the entire process from fermentation to purification and structure determination. This integrated approach ensures consistent quality and traceability at the molecular level.

Our products have been supplied for many years through OEM partnerships with international research reagent companies, supporting both academic and industrial research.

Why Biolinks?

  • Direct manufacturer with full control over fermentation, purification, and structural analysis
  • Access to rare and difficult-to-synthesize microbial metabolites
  • Proven OEM supply to global research reagent companies
  • Direct communication with the production source
  • Academic collaboration network with Kitasato University / Institute

All compounds are structurally verified by NMR and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS).

Our analytical capabilities also include LC/UV analysis for purity assessment.

We welcome academic collaborations and joint research opportunities.

Selected compounds include Heptelidic acid, Nocardamine, Hymeglusin, Radicicol, Brefeldin A, Lactacystin, Ascofuranone, Ascochlorin, Aurodox, and Andrastin A.

Facilities

Biolinks maintains in-house infrastructure for microbial fermentation, purification, and structural analysis.
